Operational Conditions for Creative Production Partnerships.
By executing a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or remitting the initial retainer to Pie Hole Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms govern project planning, filming, post-production, and associated creative deliverables.
Pie Hole Productions, LLC strives to deliver services according to the timelines stated in the SOW. Estimated delivery dates depend on timely client approvals, access to necessary locations or assets, and responsiveness during review cycles.
Clients are responsible for paying all fees invoiced by Pie Hole Productions, LLC. Any third-party costs (such as location fees, talent, music licensing, equipment rentals, or platform fees) are billed as outlined in the SOW and remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon payment of all outstanding invoices, the client receives ownership or usage rights to final deliverables as defined in the SOW. Pie Hole Productions, LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, workflows, and production processes, and may reference non-confidential project outcomes in portfolio materials unless restricted by contract.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as defined in the client's SOW. Upon termination, Pie Hole Productions, LLC will stop active work and deliver completed items in accordance with paid milestones and contractual obligations.
